Sorry to hijack this thread but I am new to cfMesh. I was working on snappy and the geometry was meshed without boundary layers. I want to do the same with cfmesh. But by default cfmesh creates a boundary layer. I dont want this layer as i want a hex dominated mesh. Can someone shed some light as to how this can be done?

I am trying to get topoChanging (layer addition/removal) work on my cfMesh. I should have started with a simple cylinder since my case is the same. However inside, the first layer gets removed but the second cell layer doesn't have aligned normal. I am attaching the problematic cells. How do i solve this bad cells?
