[swak4Foam] Installing swak4foam on OpenFOAM 19.10 (Windows)

Can anyone help me with installing swak4foam on OpenFOAM 19.10 (Windows)? I have downloaded this version from cfdsupport.com and I'm not quite sure whether or not it is possible to install swak4foam on this version. I've seen the relevant threads but It seems that most of the users have their OpenFOAMs installed on Ubuntu. Should I try installing OpenFOAM with Windows subsystem for Linux to have swak4foam? if this is the case, which version should I download to be able to use this library? Thank you so much! Mohammad
