'face area does not match neighbour' error for checkmesh

Hi all,
I am using cfMesh v1.1.2 along with openfoam 5 to generate a complex mesh. whenever i generate prism layers in parallel and run checkMesh or simplefoam, i get face area mismatch error. The error does not appears when i generate the prism layers in serial. I have attached the log file of the checkMesh.

Any help is appreciated.
