Hello everyone.
I am a beginner using OpenFOAM and I want to recover a log file (made by simpleFoam >log).

I have all paths of all times of my simulation, but unfortunately I saved another log over the previous one, losing the first file (I had to stop the simulation once).
Is there any way to recover the first log file?

Best regards.

Hi,

In general, no, there is no such possibility. Also it is a question concerning your filesystem not OpenFOAM(R) per se.
