Hello,
I want to install OpenFoam on my mac and I've tried to that with an installing manual (see the link below) but it doesn't work.

I put both files in my folder 'documents' and navigated to that folder in the terminal.
After executing the command lines 'chmod +x installMacOpenFOAM' and
'chmod +x startMacOpenFOAM' it tells me that there isn't a file or directory with this name.
I hope you can help me very soon because I need this program for my master thesis.

Quick answer: Run the following command in the terminal from within the document folder:

ls -l

It will give you a complete list of the files in there. Try to see if you can find those two files.

Furthermore, be certain that you are using the correct letter casing, for example, these two are considered different:

• startMacOpenFOAM
• StartMacOpenFOAM
