Post Error on mesh conversion from Fluent to openFoam

Hi Foamers
I am a beginner in OpenFOAM . I took a 3d fluent mesh and converted to OpenFOAM by using fluent3DMeshToFoam command.
I have attached the snapshot of error .
Kindly look in to the problem and help me to resolve this .

Hi Sam,

I have problem in importing fluent mesh file to Openfoam. Can you send the mesh file that you have successfully exported in OpenFoam. I will look your mesh file and will change my mesh file accordingly.

The mesh file is very huge and its confidential too. Let me know what would be your error so that i can address ?

Eroor is:

Segmentation fault

It does not any thing extra.
