Hi all,
I would like to calculate piston moving by use of dynamic mesh. So, I checked pimpleDyMFoam tutorial of movingCone. After that, I converted the tutorial of movingCone to full 3D model. I changed boundary condition to oscillate cone. But after several step, the mesh broke suddenly. Does anyone know where to fix? Please see attached files and mesh_run.sh file. Thanks a lot for your help! |

Hi,
That "slip" condition for the pointDisplacement at the cylinder patch looks really suspicious. I believe that may be the problem. |
