Beyond the great book by Moukalled et al., where can I find information on how OpenFOAM applies higher order schemes on its meshes? I assume that for structured meshes and structured portions of the domain there will be no difference with traditional structured solvers. But, what happens in regions of triangles (2D) or general polyhedra (3D), how are the second and third cells chosen? Is there a way to output some visual help for this?
