Hello All,
I have created a stl file (of an hydrofoil) in gmsh so that it could be imported into the snappyHexMesh. When I am checking the surfaceCheck of the stl file it is giving me the following output: Code:
Surface has no illegal triangles. Triangle quality (equilateral=1, collapsed=0) Checking for points less than 1e-6 of bounding box ((0.0992546 0.0160004 0.02) metre) apart. Found 0 nearby points. Surface is closed. All edges connected to two faces. Number of unconnected parts : 1 Number of zones (connected area with consistent normal) : 2 More than one normal orientation. Wrote zoning to "./csp.vtp" writing part 0 size 8914 to "./csp_0.obj" writing part 1 size 17074 to "./csp_1.obj" Code:
More than one normal orientation. Code:
surfaceOrient Code:
