change the shape in the topoSetDict

When I change the size of topoSetDict of the case of floatingObject in the OpenFOAM tutorials, the program run but be killed later. Through the log, alpha water is greater than 1. If I want to change the size in the topoSetDict, how do I do?

The case is floatingObject in the directary of tutorials/multiphase/interDyMFoam/ras. When I try to changed the size of box in the topoSetDict file, such as changing the box (0.35 0.35 0.1) (0.65 0.55 0.6) to box (0.15 0.15 0.1) (0.65 0.55 0.6). And then I run the interDyMFoam solver, the program always be killed a few seconds later or immediately.
