Running in parallel the tutorial case dambreak, using this command:

Code:
 mpirun -n 4 interFoam -parallel
I have the following error:

A requested component was not found, or was unable to be opened. This
means that this component is either not installed or is unable to be
used on your system (e.g., sometimes this means that shared libraries
that the component requires are unable to be found/loaded). Note that
Open MPI stopped checking at the first component that it did not find.

mpirun detected that one or more processes exited with non-zero status, thus causing
the job to be terminated. The first process to do so was:

Process name: [[37669,1],1]

I just got this exact same problem on my compute server. Yet I don't get it on my laptop. I notice the main difference is that the server has openmpi-2.0.2-2, while the laptop has openmpi-1.10.3-2. Will try downgrading to see if that helps.

Let me make a correction, I am not very good at using English but I think the correct way to ask what you are saying is:

"Do you use... ?"
"Are you using ...?"

I have already solved the problem by reinstalling the openmpi version. Thanks!
