Default How to expression an summation of vectors using calculated variables

Dear Foamers,
I need to calculate the following expression on the boundary after the U and B field (both are volvectorfields) have been finished.
H ⃗=∑▒(U_n*B_n* n ⃗ *S)+∑▒(U_t*B_n* t ⃗ *S)

where S is the cell face on the boundary, n is the cell face normal vector, t is the cell face tangential vector, the sum is taken on the entire boundary surface.
Can anyone tell me how to express this expression in solvers.
