Question getting difficulties in developing fully developed flow through pipe.by openFoam

Can any one please tell me that how to get filly developed flow of air through rectangular pipe in Open Foam , i m using simple foam but not getting fully developed flow,only inlet showing the vectorial view of air not the full mesh including outlet too???M using pitzDaily for solving this problem.
