loading shared libraries erro

When I execute "blockMesh" under the cavity file, the errors accurs like that:

blockMesh: error while loading shared libraries: /home/aa/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.1.1/platforms/linux64GccDPOpt/lib/libblockMesh.so: ELF file OS ABI invalid

When I locate this path, I find the libblockMesh.so(the picture in attachment).However,I don't why it can not work, can anyone help me?
