Hi Everyone
I have been trying to run a compressible steady state simulation for pressure driven flow over a flow bench. It's a RANS simulation and I have been using the kEpsilon model. The issue is that the simulation blows up when I run with the turbulence model but runs fine and converges when I turn it off. Same thing happens no matter which turbulent model I choose. The mesh is fine as the same problem happens when I run the simulation on a simple cylindrical geometry with the same boundary conditions. I am not sure why the turbulence solver is having an issue with the pressure boundary conditions. I have attached the boundary conditions and numerical schemes for my case. Any help will be welcome. Thanks. |

If I use the converged solution (for no turbulence case) as an initial solution and run with turbulence on it still diverges after a couple of iterations. Any suggestions foamers?
