Hi everyone,

I`m a very new user to openfoam, and I'm currently studying the tutorials. (v2206)

In the fvSolution file of pitzDaily, there are some lines like this:

-------------------------------------------------------------

relaxationFactors
{
equations
{
U 0.9; // 0.9 is more stable but 0.95 more convergent
".*" 0.9; // 0.9 is more stable but 0.95 more convergent
}
}

--------------------------------------------------------------

What does the ".*" mean here ? Is it a parameter like U or p ? But I can't find it in other files. Please help...

Thank you
