interFoam ended prematurely and may have crashed. exit code 3

Hello Experts,

I'm running the 3D Hydraulic Model of a spillway (Turbulent Model)

- Simulation type LES

- The model runs parallel: mpiexec -np 5 interFoam -parallel

- Simulation time 0 to 900 seconds. the Simulation crashed at Time step 102.26s. Courrant number 1.42

I could not find out any previous answer on this platform. Could you guys please help me out?

Could you fix your problem? I have a pump station intake structure model that is crashing after couple of seconds saying "interFoam ended prematurely and may have crashed. exit code 3". Please let me know how did you fix it. Thanks.
