Hi
In a test of decaying isotropic turbulence at 256^3 resolution in (2*pi)^3, I noticed that the velocity jumps to >800 m/s with dynamicKEqn, but stays at 20 m/s with kEqn or WALE with Cw=0.5. It seems that the eddy viscosity is less than or about the same as "nu" if dynamicKEqn is used. To debug this, I copied dynamicKEqn and renamed it. I get the error lnInclude/dynamicTKE.C(281): error: identifier "bound" is undefined bound(k_, this->kMin_); How do I address this dependency so I could debug this model? Switching from simple to laplace did not help. |
