Getting error when run openfoam-8

hello.

I installed ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS and of6 and of8 according this bellow link.

1_https://openfoam.org/download/6-ubuntu/
2_https://openfoam.org/download/8-ubuntu/

When I call of6 it works but it give this error when I want to call of8?
