avoid layers/points in a mesh

Dear all
I would like to plot a openFoam result (paraview) avoiding the first layer of the mesh or avoiding some points in the mesh. I am beginner in openFoam and I don't know how can I do it. I really appreciate all the help you can give me. Somebody has any idea about how to solve it? Thank you for your help Regards, Maria |

Greetings Maria,
From your description, I suggest that you try using the filter "Extract Cells by Region". It a few controls that give the ability to select only cells that are in a specific region (plane, box or sphere) and then you can choose to plot only the data within that extracted region. Best regards, Bruno
