hey everyone im student from indonesia and had a problem with paraView, when i open paraview its not opening and just giving a output message and close again.

i have 2 laptops the problem one its on my thinkpad x220 (i5, 4gb ram, 500gb ssd, intel hd 3000)
and acer e5 575g (i5, 8gb ram, 240gb ssd, 1tb hdd, intel hd 620 and nvidia gt940mx)
on acer its opening without any problem

Quick answer: With the Intel HD 3000, it's likely the more recent versions of ParaView will not work. You can try ParaView 4.4, which was the last version I can remember that used the old OpenGL build options, while from that point onward OpenGL2 (actually 3.3) is the standard that is supported.
