I use Paraview for the OF-postprocessing. My system has ubuntu 9.04 installed and is equipped with a Radeon MObility X1400 Graphic Card. When I use post-processing in paraview, sometimes i just get purple areas, when i tried to plot pressure or velociy etc. So, i am not sure if it is a problem with my graphics card or a paraview problem. has anyone had similiar problems, especially with ATI graphics? Idea to solve it?Thanks

Dear Sven,
I've seen purple areas in dumped pictures on my Lenovo W500. This problem went away after upgrading the graphics driver. However, now the machine freezes after coming back from suspend2ram. Currently, there is a new surprise in every release of the ATI drivers. Henrik |
