Hi,
I am not a Pointwise customer (maybe will be in the future). But as far as I can tell Pointwise only provide technical support in the USA, is that correct? Technical support in other countries is provided by third party product sellers, whom will not know the software as well as Pointwise themselves and could be small in terms of staff/staff time of provide technical support. Currently I use ANSYS products and because they are so large I get technical support directly from ANSYS staff in the UK. Thanks |
