Hi,
I know I can input the waves I want, but what parameter should I use if I want to input the current?

To use the numerical flume in REEF3D, you need to activate ioFlow using B 60 1 (in place of B 90 1 that is used to activate the NWT).
The current is defined by the discharge in W 10.
Please refer to tutorial cases 9.4 and 9.5 to get an overview of the ctrl.files to include current in the flume.
