Hi,
I would like to program a source of a spezies in sorsca where the source is dependent on the concentration of oxygen of a neighbor cell. Since star is using a loop to call sorsca for every cell, the variables in the subroutine are only valid for the current cell and do not have any information about calculated cells. How can I access information of calculated cells or pass information from one iteration step of the loop to another? Thanks in advance Chris |

Use posdat to collect all the information and pass the result to sorsca using a common block.

Thanks a lot. How can I get the cell numbers of neighbor cells without hardcoding these numbers?
