RNG with StarCCM+ ?

Hello everybody,
For the kind of turbulent flows i'm dealing with, i've been advised to use the RNG k-epsilon model. Maybe I missed something, but I can't find this model in starccm+. Is there a trick somewhere? Does someone know a solution? Thanks in advance. |

Why not try the realisable k-e or the non-linear constitutive relation for the standard k-e? you should come reasonably close with some one of these

There's no RNG model available in CCM+, you're right, but I suggest you to try the realizable k-eps anyway, it give results similar to the one that gives the RNG model.
