Star CCM Launching problem

Hi everyone,
I installed the STAR CCM on my PC, when I want to launch it this error appears which I do not know how to solve it. Could you please tell me how to solve it? I've checked the java installation but nothing happened, Yeah I think it's better to ask cd-adapco supplier. |

these errors are generally due to some connection issue. this may be due to your network/local connection/internet etc.. first I would try pinging your license server or the server where your license is installed. it might be listening on a different port rather than the default port. or the port that has been configured for your license server is being used by a different application. some firewall issues.. these are basic hints to trouble shoot.. |

Thanks for your reply. I contacted software vendor, and he said that the licence file has been crashed. They will send it again for me.
