Hi All,

I'm working on computational analysis for a B-series propeller.
When using the surface remeshing option, the remeshed surface does not capture the blade tip profile accurately. See the attached picture.
Both the surface meshing models - Wrapper and Remesher eat into the blade profile tip.
I have varied the base size, used feature curve option, fill holes, zip edges but nothing seems to work.

Thanks.

Check to see if the wrapped representation also has this "eating away". If so, then the issue is at the wrapper level. There could be some small leakage, or a gap in the geometry.

You might consider defining a new surface/boundary that only contains the blade edge and then possibly creating a contact prevention.

Is the geometry simple enough to avoid wrapping?
