Hi guys

I am trying to simulation external flow over a airwing with fluid ejection from airfoil surface. A small long surface was created on the airwing surface in catia and the model was exported to STARCCM+. The surface is assigned with velocity inlet BC and the air wing with no slip BC. I am not able to get the output. Kindly help me solve the problem

Thank you
ps: PFA the model screenshot with surface slot

If you want help you need to ask specific questions. What problems are you encountering?

I am not being able to get fluid ejection flow from the small long surface kept at some distance from the trailing edge(marked as pink color in the fig). what boundary condition should i use?

I can't really tell you what boundary condition you should use, that will depend on what you're trying to achieve, which I really don't know anything about.

If you want to add flow to the domain at that surface good BC choices would be velocity inlet and mass flow inlet. However what values to use to achieve your goals is something you need to work out.
