Hello,
I am currently working towards calculation of correlation score between experimental and simulation curve. I am trying to use NISE method to do so. I am exactly trying to replicate the experimental data, so I dont have any time shift between the curves. I am describing the NISE method in this pdf as method 2: https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/cbc...ad8c040959.pdf I am confused since for any validation purpose why would the Simulation engineer introduce the time shift. If he does not introduce , does a time shift automatically occurs between the experimental and simulation curve? If yes, how do I determine this shift, to calculate Rxy(t)max function. I would be grateful for any help. |
