Impeller CAD design

Hello
I have a problem I need help with. I created an impeller using CFTurbo. There is an extra face that is created on the impeller blades when I create a blade profile. I would like for the impeller blade to be a single face. I have tried to merge faces in spaceclaim abnd design modular but with no success. If there is any one who can it wil be my-uch appritiated. I will attach a pıicture of the impeller.
