unspecified bc

hi everyone
I am trying to merge two meshes (.su2 files) but, on doing same my BC is becoming unspecified for some markers. Can someone please guide how to modify the markers using matlab code for these su2 files of meshes.

you have to be more specific. What are you merging, how are you merging it, what is wrong exactly? You are not giving enough information to answer the question.

I have 2 files :
1. main domain file in .su2 format
2. part of main domain but separately meshed (to be added within main domain) in .su2 format
i want to merge above two files , but when i am merging , final output is coming with unspecified boundary condition.
can we modify the boundary condition in .su2 file of mesh

This merging has to be done in the mesher, preferably in such a way that there is no interface between the 2 meshes anymore.

Do you need to keep the interface between the meshes or not?
