LES Simulation for incompressible internal flow

Hi All
I am trying to do an LES Simulation for internal incompressible flow and I am getting some errors although I am intializing with zero veloctiy and inlet pressure Also I am getting some error after initializing with the velocity and pressure as my inlet pressure My case is Inlet BC'n : Pressure : 6 bar Outlet BC'n : Massflow rate : 0.058kg/sec Ref Pressure : 1 atm Initialization done with u,V,w = 0 m/s Pressure (Relative ) = 6 bar This is what I got as an error below _______ COEFFICIENT LOOP ITERATION = 2 CPU SECONDS = 8.578E+02 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- | Equation | Rate | RMS Res | Max Res | Linear Solution | +----------------------+------+---------+---------+------------------+ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #004100018 has occurred in subroutine FINMES. | | Message: | | Fatal overflow in linear solver. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | The ANSYS CFX solver could not be started, or exited with return | | code 255.
