Steady-state vs. Transient for Wheelhouse Simulation

Hi everybody,

I have some questions concerning the simulation of the flow inside a wheelhouse.
My first (perhaps stupid question) is:
In a transient simulation, the time is taken into account and the wheels are modeled in a rotating manner with a corresponding sliding grid. Does this mean, that in every steady-state simulation, the rotation of the wheels is not taken into account, i. e. the wheels are modeled stationary and do not rotate at all?
