I saw a dream -Dream no it is a nightmare- I am in the middle of a vortex. I'm turning around.I will not enter or leave. Hi Sajjad,
Play with the Q value, now you have 5000, try to change the value and see what happens. You can also give multiple values of Q in the dialogue box. |

Have you by any chance been able to monitor the convergence of a physical property, such as the torque? It could be that the simulation has not fully converged yet. I'm finding that my axial fan simulations take a very long time to fully form the swirl profile at the downstream side

Hi Sajad,
I also have the similar problem of computational limitation. Have you tried running q-criteria parallel on your local PC, I tried mpirun -np CPUs pvserver -parallel, it didn't work on my local computer and q-criteria consumes a lot of time as cell density increases. |
