I'm using old version of OF so patchAverage works on my work station with no problems:

Quote:
patchAverage p bottom > pressure.txt
however when I do the same on cluster it gives no results and just makes an empty file. Does anyone know if it should be done different way on clusters?

When you run patchAverage in you local workstation, is the case decomposed or not? And what about in the slurm cluster?

If you are running the command in decomposed timeSteps, the problem might come up from there.

In both cases it's in reconstructed case. I'm also not getting any error message or complain. It does something for couple of seconds but doesn't give any output (on cluster).

With 'in terminal ' you mean outside slum? No interactive console?

Yes I meant outside slurm. This way I use roconstructPar without any problems.
