Don't think that was ever explained, but it is quite simple. Copy an old template. Then change the URL to the new template name, paste the stuff from the old one and adapt to the new version

There is a small documentation error for groovyBC on the Wiki:

Section 3.4: the descriptions for 'delta' and 'weights' should be the other way round.

Done. And nice and easy to do (even for those that do not already know how). You need to create an account for the Wiki, read the instructions and tutorial for editing pages and then select the appropriate section. The notes on etiquette advise on checking with the original author first (as in my post above, for example) and making a record of the reason for the change.

The result is a small increase in the order of the Wiki, without too much energy expended in the rest of the universe. Everyone's happy!

Obviously you read the etiquette. Great. I'm ashamed to say: I didn't. I only wrote it ... a long time ago. And it needs some modification.

Sorry for that stalinist restriction. But that was the first page that spam-bots would modify and I got tired of repairing the page every few weeks

@Bernhard: I've got a little sugestion/request for the wiki: since Categories are now being more explored/used and can provide an essential quick search capability, can the link for them be added to the navigation menu?

On a second note, this weekend I've somewhat documented two undocumented Function Objects of the original OpenFOAM version, added them to the Tips page and added a new category for them: http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Ca...nction_Objects
I also tracked down other contributed function objects to this category.

And on the beginning of the year, I added two other categories for OpenFOAM on Mac and on Windows.

So, this is why I'm proposing the Categories link to be added.

If there is anything wrong with the steps I've taken, please let me know so I can fix my wrong doings

To answer your second question first: No. Everything alright with your edits (of course I didn't check them for factual accuracy. I rely on your expertise for that )

About the categories: you mean adding a link to http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Special:Categories with the name "Categories" to the sidebar (somewhere below FAQ). You're right. That might encourage people to Tag articles. I'll have a look
