[OpenFOAM] No Display tab in ParaView4.0.1

I have installed foam-extend3.1. in Ubuntu 14.04.
When I run e.g. the tutorial icoFoam cavity and start ParaFoam, I am missing the Display tab next to the properties and info tab as shown in the manual. Where can I find an updated manual, or did I miss something during the installation?

Since Peter found the answer, but did not state what it was, here goes:

The OpenFOAM and foam-extend manuals are still following the old ParaView interface. AFAIK, OpenFOAM 2.3.0 and foam-extend 3.1 do not have yet updated manuals for the latest ParaView versions.
