FLUINJ + PDF COMBUSTION

Hi
I am simulating combustion in an enclosure using the non-adiabatic PDF Model. For the fire source i'm injecting fuel in several cells using fluinj.f and defining SCINJ(3)=1 (propane), so all injected mass is fuel. But in the PDF model, it seems that I also have to define SCINJ(1) - mixture fraction as one, because if I don't it simply won't burn. Can some please tell me if this is the correct approach? Thanks in advance |
