Flow through nozzle

I tried solving 1D nozzle flow using Euler equations using finite difference scheme and after convergence of solution i found that at throat Mach No. is 0.9445 and not 1. It's a subsonic-Supersonic nozzle. Though the results are matching with the paper i am trying to reproduce the results of, it doesn't seems right. Is there any problem in-built in solving Euler for varying area section or am i doing anything wrong?

Are you using boundary conditions that would cause the flow to choke? What is the exit Mach number? Are you sure that you are getting the throat Mach number at the true minimum area?

Mach no. at exit is 1.3 and throat mach no. is not at the minimum area.

The flow will choke at the minimum area. If your throat is not at the minimum area then it is not the throat. How is your throat Mach number not at the minimum area?
