This looks like an issue with your license server. When does something like this occur? Also, you didn't provide a lot of details related to how this issue occurs. Can you explain what you were doing when this occurs?

I ran into this same exact error message recently on v11.02.009.

What I did was try to "load surface mesh" and tried to import a solidworks part (a .sldprt file) which can't be done. I needed to open a parasolid .x or binary parasolid .x_b file but I kept misclicking.
